Babyn Yar: Memory against History’s Background

The project was implemented by the Kyiv History Museum and the Public Committee «Babyn Yar», with support from the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance and the Canadian Charity “Ukrainian Jewish Encounter Initiative”. This exhibition includes materials from the collections of the All-Ukrainian Jewish Council and of the Museum «Heroism and Holocaust», the Central State CinePhotoPhono Archives of Ukraine named after H. Pshenychnyi, the Ukrainian National Information Agency «Ukrinform», the National Museum of the History of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Center for Holocaust Studies, the NaUKMA Center for Studies of History and Culture of East European Jewry, the Departmental State Archives of the Security Service of Ukraine, Oleh Olzhych Foundation, and from private collections.
