International exhibition and forum CSTB’2014

Midexpo Exhibition Company and the Cable TV Association of Russia are delighted to present the 16th International exhibition and forum CSTB’2014!

The CSTB exhibition and forum is the premier professional media event of the year in Russia and CIS countries where cutting-edge products and technologies in the broadcasting and telecommunication industries are routinely unveiled: digital cable, satellite and free-to-air TV; IPTV, OTT, HDTV; TV content; multiservice networks; satellite communications.

The CSTB exhibition and forum will be held between 28-30 January 2014 in Moscow, Russia at Crocus Exhibition centre (pavilion 1).

CONNECTED TV & MOBILE MULTIMEDIA exposition

Today Russia is consuming TV in a slightly different way than before – the government continues with significant programmes associated with the introduction of digital TV broadcasting, no longer are subscriber only watching the traditional broadcast channels as they increasingly consume video on various screens, at different times of the day and they are ready to pay for this service. Consumers have leaned to value these products as well as the convenience and the comfort of these new technologies.

CSTB’2013 introduced a “Smart TV & Multiscreen Zone” providing the opportunity for exhibitors to exploit this fast developing opportunity. CSTB 2014, building upon the success of this, will see the concept expand is both size and scope to reflect the explosive growth that sees devices, from phones though tablets to internet enabled televisions, increasingly interconnected and providing the consumer with a fully integrated viewing environment, one that incorporates the consumption of Television with Social Media and on-line knowledge services, that is available anywhere at any time.

This significant new development, called CONNECTED TV & MOBILE MULTIMEDIA exposition, provides the opportunity for all exhibitors to display not only current technology and solutions but to also showcase future innovations and so establish a firm position in the markets represented by CSTB.
