The eleventh session of east European Winter School
II. SCHOLARSHIPS
1. Candidates from countries, which are not members of EU, may apply for full or partial scholarships to cover the costs of accommodation, meals, participations in lectures, seminars and meetings of School. Those participants may also apply for scholarship partly covering travel costs.
2. The application for scholarship should be attached to candidate's documents.
III. DOCUMENTS
1. Candidates should fill in questionnaire available (www.studium.uw.edu.pl) and attach following documents:
a) letter of motivation;
b) curriculum vitae;
c) photograph;
d) letter of recommendation from the candidate's diploma thesis tutor (signed and scanned, in PDF
format);
e) certificates confirming the knowledge of Polish language (do not concern candidates from Poland);
f) certificate from the faculty office, confirming that candidate is on the last year of studies.
2. The final deadline for sending the complete set of documents is 20th January 2014 r.
IV. STAY IN WARSAW AND WROCLAW
1. Qualifying Commission of the School shall make a decision about the list of participants till 30th January 2014, and then all candidates will be noticed about the decision of the Commission.
2. A formal invitation for candidates who have been qualified for the East European Winter School 2012 will be sent via e-mail by 1st February 2014 at the latest. The original invitation, signed by the Director of the School will be sent by post. The appropriate Polish Consulates will receive lists of qualified candidates to facilitate the visa procedures.
3. Participant's arrivals to Warsaw – February 28th. Lectures and seminars of the School start on Saturday, 1 st March 2014. Trip from Warsaw to Wroclaw - 4 th March. 5 th – 14th March – session in Wroclaw.
Departures of participants – 15th March 2014.
