“Smiling Machines” in Science Museum

This Pesach you can enjoy hands on workshops, an acrobatic show and lots of interactive activities at the Bloomfield Science Museum. The activities are in honor of Didi Vardi, a well known Israeli MAKER.

“Smiling Machines” a new exhibit at the museum focuses on machines built with recycled materials using humor. The exhibit includes a machine that endlessly spins Chinese dishes, a giant yo-yo, a ball machine, a musical bicycle, a walking bicycle, a giant bubble machine, and lots more.

Kids will be encouraged to build their own projects in the building workshops.

Acrobatic Show – The Mistorin Theater Group performs Human Machine and reveals the secrets of balance. Three clowns attempt to build a car out of various materials, inspired by Didi Vardi’s machines. Each one is certain that he knows the right way to go about it.
